This investment follows Islamic principles and operates on a profit-and-loss sharing system, ensuring that no interest (usury) is involved. Instead, profits are shared according to the agreement between investors and the company, in compliance with Islamic law.

Profit Distribution:

If there is a profit, the company shares 50% of the net profit with investors, while the other 50% is retained by the company for reinvestment or operational expenses. The profit rate fluctuates between 12-18% based on market conditions and project performance.

Profit Calculation

For an investment of ৳20,000 per share, the estimated profit for a duration of 6 months is calculated as follows:

Profit Sharing Breakdown:

The profit is shared between the investors and the company in the following manner:

• Investor's Share: 50% of the net profit
• Company's Share: 50% of the net profit

For example, if your profit is ৳2,400, you will receive 50% of that amount (৳1,200), and the company will keep the remaining 50%. The same applies for the maximum profit value.

Investment Risks and Considerations

As with all investments, there are risks involved. Potential risks include unforeseen circumstances such as the death of Fish or other damages. Losses, if any, will be shared according to the terms of the agreement.
