Project Description

High-quality Goat production with modern aquaculture techniques in Cumilla

Batch: #5 | Location: Cumilla | Category: Goat

A safe and Shariah-compliant investment environment has been created for investors. The expected return for this project is 16-22% within 12 months.

The investment fund will be used for: developing high-standard ponds, cultivating tilapia, and carrying out marketing activities.

Goat Investment

Project Type: Shariah-Based

This investment follows Islamic principles and operates on a profit-and-loss sharing system, ensuring that no interest (usury) is involved. Instead, profits are shared according to the agreement between investors and the company, in compliance with Islamic law.

Profit Distribution:

If there is a profit, the company shares 50% of the net profit with investors, while the other 50% is retained by the company for reinvestment or operational expenses. The profit rate fluctuates between 16-22% based on market conditions and project performance.

Profit Calculation

For an investment of ৳10,000 per share, the estimated profit for a duration of 12 months is calculated as follows:

DurationProfit RateNet Profit (Min)Net Profit (Max)
12 months16% - 22%৳1,600৳2,200

Profit Sharing Breakdown:

The profit is shared between the investors and the company in the following manner:

  • Investor's Share: 50% of the net profit
  • Company's Share: 50% of the net profit

For example, if your profit is ৳1,600, you will receive 50% of that amount (৳800), and the company will keep the remaining 50%. The same applies for the maximum profit value.

Investment Risks and Considerations

As with all investments, there are risks involved. Potential risks include unforeseen circumstances such as the death of Goat or other damages. Losses, if any, will be shared according to the terms of the agreement.

Important: All activities in this project adhere to Islamic law (Shariah), ensuring that no interest-based transactions (usury) are involved, which is a key aspect of this investment model.

Note: This is a Shariah-compliant investment, meaning it fully respects Islamic financial principles and avoids the use of interest-based systems.

We implement multiple safeguards: all projects undergo rigorous vetting, farmers must provide collateral, we have insurance coverage for major risks, and our team conducts regular on-site monitoring. Additionally, we maintain a reserve fund to cover unexpected situations.

While rare, if a project underperforms, we first draw from the farmer's collateral. If that's insufficient, our reserve fund covers the difference to ensure you receive at least your principal back. We've maintained a 100% principal return rate since inception.

Profit rates are based on comprehensive analysis of each project type, including historical performance, market prices, production costs, and risk factors. We're conservative in our estimates to ensure we can meet or exceed the projected returns.

Investments are locked until project completion to ensure proper farming cycles. However, we're developing a secondary market where you can sell your shares to other investors if needed (coming Q3 2025).

Most projects pay profits at maturity along with your principal. Some longer-term projects (like dairy cattle) offer monthly or quarterly distributions. Payment options include bank transfer, bKash, or reinvestment in new projects.
